I'm originally from Southern California, but I put down roots in Portland over a decade ago and never looked back. I feel a strong connection to the Pacific Northwest, with the beauty of nature and the elements surrounding me. I feel most alive when I'm outside - moving, breathing, exploring, and discovering.
My style of teaching has evolved from over 14 years of a personal yoga practice, exploring elements of Hatha, Power Vinyasa, Kundalini, Iyengar, Yin, and Restorative yoga. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2018 from Sellwood Yoga in Portland, OR. I teach a well-rounded class incorporating mindfulness, breath control, foundational strength, and creative, alignment-based Vinyasa flow. My ultimate goal as a teacher is to make yoga accessible to all, regardless of age, ethnicity, financial situation, body type, or physical challenges. I seek to create an inclusive environment where every part of you is welcome.

Asana Architecture: Building your practice from the ground up - Mondays 7:00 - 8:15a
A thoughtful, alignment-based yoga practice incorporating breath control, mindfulness, related concepts, functional range of motion, alternative transitions, and core strength, giving you a strong foundation to build your yoga practice from the ground up. We will quiet the mind, break it down, engineer the poses (asanas), breathe and flow, and focus on specific elements of yoga to evolve, grow, and deepen our understanding of our unique bodies. Appropriate for students of all levels, and especially helpful for beginners or first-time yogis.
