I am very grounded in the daily practice of yoga, which I discovered and dove deep into not long before I turned 40. Yoga anchors me, quiets my mind, sharpens my focus, clears a space to move without worrying if I look ridiculous or whether I'm winning against someone else or against a stopwatch. I teach to help other people create that kind of space.

Strong Vinyasa (Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30pm): A deliberately-paced, challenging vinyasa class, with a lot of work on strength, mobility, and standing balance. All levels welcome!
Inversions, Mobility, & Balancing (Tuesdays, 5:45-7pm): This is an inversion and hand-balancing class for strong beginners and above. Expect to be challenged. Lots of strength building, movement drills, and work on different ways of getting upside-down (and staying up). Message with any questions!
