As a yoga teacher I emphasizes proper alignment, & connection of the breath within each posture. Yoga is a positive major component & compliment to a balanced life, not just physically...but mentally, & spiritually as well. This practice, ties it all together. Yoga creates awareness within the self, & a deeper connection with those around you. Yoga was also a huge part of my personal health transformation & changed my life in so many positive ways...I am eternally and forever grateful for the practice of yoga.

Hatha : Mondays 6:30p - 7:30p  Molly will guide you through a series of postures working to strengthen the mind and the body. Linking breath with movement and in this way we will practice dropping into the body and learning to listen to its hidden messages, allowing the breath to guide the movement as the ultimate teacher.
