As subtle as it may seem, it is important to recognize the shifts in season and their effect on our body & mind. Everything from the time we wake, the asana we practice to the food we ingest should be revisited as we shift from the close of one season to the opening of the next.
Spring offers us a beautiful time to shed, blossom and grow. It is full of potential and eagerness, but it can also be heavy, wet, muddy....so how do we stay invigorated/inspired/light?
Join me in this lighthearted class as we journey through conversation, questions, the guidance of ayurvedic tips & tricks (including essential oil use), and an asana that supports the seasonal shift.
My goal is to create a space of comfort and accessibility so we can best learn to listen to our bodies and learn how to respond.
