In this 90 minute practice we will move through restorative poses to lengthen the muscles while incorporating myofascial release using a tennis ball. (It’s like giving yourself a massage!) Allowing for deep release of tension in the body. We will systematically work our way from the tips of the toes to the crown of the head so that you leave feeling rejuvenated.
