Before we take off into the Summer, let’s carve out some time to set us up for some great days in the sun. In this 2-hour workshop, we will focus on building your summer yoga practice. We will dive into why we should shift our routines as the season change in order to create sustainability (both physical & mental). Everything from the time we wake, eat, to how we practice.
The first 1/2 of class will be focused on materials & lecture as we sip on tea. The second 1/2 of class will be a restorative practice followed by an extended savasana.
The lecture will cover:
- Self-care tips (including how to maintain a practice while traveling)
- Sample Daily Routine
- Essential oils
- Home practice
All attendees will receive a link to materials covered and a small token to take home with them. You will also receive a free pass for a Wednesday evening class (5:30 @ 220) where we will consistently practice a restorative Summer flow.
Cost is $35 & space is limited. The studio has mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks for your use. Of course please feel free to bring anything that will help you find comfort in the space.
