Chakra (Energy) Balancing Workshop

In this 90 minute workshop we will explore balancing the subtleties of our energetic body. Beginning with grounding meditations we will then explore our physical body through a chakra based yoga practice with Emily. Once assimilated in the body, Paige will guide us through a hands on lecture on creating strategies for self chakra detoxification. With a new sense of awakening to our internal body our hope is that you leave this workshop with tools to clear out negativity that may cloud your energy field, the resources to cleanse your physical and emotional body, and a fresh perspective on examining your body from the inside out.

Get to know Emily: I learned unconditional love in Arizona but California is where I grew free. I cultivated moxie in South America and found my voice in Portland, Oregon. My yoga practice permeated through these experiences, softened the edges and deepened the grooves. My hope as a yoga teacher, is to share the ancient teachings as they are, for you to experience through your lens. I am an innately light person and so my reflection of the teachings comes through in a grounded, lighthearted manner. I completed my 200 hour certification in 2010 and will complete my 500 hour Prana Flow certification with Shiva Rea in 2018.

Get to know Paige: I am a nutritionist and healer. I believe in feeding your passion, cultivating growth and living a life rooted in balance and consciousness. I combine functional nutrition with shamanic energy medicine, allowing my clients to heal body, mind and spirit. I merge the "woo-woo" and science, creating sessions designed to support the individual. My goal as a practitioner is to develop personal and sustainable lifestyle practices that allow individuals to maintain health.
