Things are fast-paced, overwhelming, and sometimes challenging in the world, therefore Rest and Recovery are essential. During this two hour workshop, Michelle and Tess will invite you to settle down and to reconnect with your body, heart, and spirit. We will begin the class by moving you through a meditation to center and breath work to calm the nervous system. Then we will lead you through a restorative practice where we will offer the use of props to support you and to cultivate ease. We will end class with a yoga nidra allowing for deep relaxation.

This is an all-levels class. Come with an open heart and be ready for a transformative practice. Future classes will be held on the following Sundays at the same time: May 13, June 17, and July 15.
